Abstract Summary:

Evaluates 10-year follow-up data of 1,240 patients receiving bilateral internal mammary artery (BIMA) skeletonized grafting. Demonstrated 94.2% graft patency and superior freedom from cardiac events compared to saphenous vein conduits.
